Participating in the Managing Your Grief seminar was a lifeline during a difficult time. The guided prompts in the participant workbook helped me process my emotions and find healthy ways to cope. The scripture readings and prayers offered comfort and a sense of hope that I desperately needed. This seminar provided a safe space to explore my grief with others who understood. I'm incredibly grateful for this resource and the impact it has had on my healing journey.
